The House
Each edition is a full app — its own front door, lived-experience voice, lexicon, and companion AI — sitting on one shared, proven engine. Built as a factory, not ten programs by hand.
How it works
Every edition you just saw runs on the same shell — the program (Daily 5, Evening Questions, the 32 days), the surfaces (the Forge, the Tools, the Assessment), and the companion AI engine are built once and shared. A new population isn't a rebuild; it's a config entry in editions.js — the ~30% skin (story, lexicon, crisis line, funder, companion persona) layered over the ~70% universal core.
The crisis-safety spine is identical and non-negotiable in every edition — only the localized hotline changes. The sensitive editions (teens especially) stay gated behind their safety protocols until those are real.
